Snus is a form of smokeless oral tobacco. It is a moist, powdered tobacco mix, used by placing the pouch or loose snus inside user's upper lip. Snus orginates from 18th century Sweden.

Yes. We are a certified organic producer of tobacco in Indonesia. All our tobacco is grown using organic growing methods and organically certified fertilizers in small, carefully chosen tobacco farms around Indonesia. 

Also the other ingredients we use in making our snus are organically produced and sourced from established Indonesian suppliers. 

Good question. We do special flash sales from time to time. We inform our customers on these through our social media outlets Instagram and Facebook and on our monthly emails.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal, all major credit cards via PayPal Express, and also direct bank transfers.

We have chosen PayPal as our payment gateway provider as they are safe, reliable, and trusted by millions of shoppers around the world on a daily basis. You can also safely check out using your credit card on their service without creating an account.

Should you prefer, we also accept direct bank transfers to our Indonesian bank account. If you choose this payment method, please notify us about your payment after you have checked out at sales@tigersnus.com

RETURNS

No, we do not accept returns for international orders.

We maintain very high level of quality control all through our production and believe that our product should be perfectly fresh when it arrives to you.

However, should you for reason or another not be satisfied with your order, please let us know at sales@tigersnus.com and we will make sure to keep you a happy customer.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship our snus internationally from Indonesia using express courier services. To most countries we ship with DHL. We will process your order within 2 business days from the payment, and the snus normally gets delivered to your home door within 5-12 business days, depending on your country.

Yes, you can place an order from any country.

However, as the buyer of TIGERSNUS, you will be the importer of the tobacco product to your home country. Please check the rules, regulations and taxation of your home country prior to placing an order. Please make sure that you are aware of the tobacco laws of your home country and how your customs handles snus deliveries. Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Indonesia using a reputable courier service.  

We get orders from all around the world but we cannot give you advice on the tobacco laws of your own country. When you place an order with TIGERSNUS, you take full responsibility of handling all the possible import taxes and/or duties of your home country.
