ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY?

We have great news: you can! All international deliveries will be processed within 2 business days - our office in Indonesia is open from Monday to Friday, except during public holidays. Currently we are accepting international orders from United States and Canada. 

Your Tigersnus order will be sent to you from us in Bali, Indonesia. We work with our trusted courier partner DHL

The shipping time will depend on the shipping service you choose, and your location.

Rates for Shipping International shipping are set in Indonesian rupiah, and will fluctuate a little based on your local currency rates by day. You will see the current shipping cost on your checkout. Below are our shipping cost guidelines rounded to your currency in March 2024 by the current exchange rates.

 

CANADA:

DHL Express: Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.

1-10 pcs  - $42  ; 11-20 pcs  - $57 ; 21-50 pcs  - $70

USA is temporarily halted due to customs clearance issues in some states. We are working on finding a solution. Check back here for the current status.

Europe - Excluding Norway and France:

DHL Express: Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.

1-10 pcs  - €48  ; 11-20 pcs  - €60 ; 21-50 pcs  - 75€

 

Australia (email us if you have a prescription from doctor):

Please note that Australia requires you to have a permit to order nicotine pouches. If you have all the prescription, please email us at contact@tigersnus.com and we can arrange the sale with you. We cannot advise you on import matters. For details, please refer to your local authorities.

When ordering internationally from TIGERSNUS, you will be the importer of the product and you are responsible to find out about any possible taxes, rules, and regulations regarding importing snus tobacco to your country. We cannot provide you with up-to-date information on this, so please refer to the documentation from your local authority.

So just to make sure you got that bit: on any international orders, you, as the buyer of the product are the importer, and will be fully responsible for finding out the import laws for tobacco products and will be also responsible for paying all the possible customs fees and taxes of your home country. We at TIGERSNUS cannot help with your home country's laws and regulations regarding importing tobacco products. We also cannot assist / be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipment being held by your local customs authorities.
